Her article, “Integrating Doctrine and Skills in first Year Courses: a Transactional Attorney’s Perspective,” will be published as 17 J.L. Writing Inst. 409 (2011).  The article comes from the presentation she did on teaching legal skills (including interviewing clients; negotiating terms of a residential lease; and reviewing, modifying and drafting real estate documents, including the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC& R’s) in her Property course for the 2009 Conference, “Yes We CArNegie: Change in Legal Education after the Carnegie Report.”  It is available free on Social Science Research Network at https://ssrn.com/abstract=1951131
