Alumnus the Hon. Fred Foreman, retiring Lake County Circuit Court judge, will be assisting Sen. Mark Kirk in his selection process for a new judge for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. The appointee will fill the slot left vacant when Judge James Holderman took senior status.
