The 34-year-old served two terms with the Community Services Commission chairs the city’s Parks and Facility Naming Committee, has lived in Vacaville for eight years and said her community involvement is an asset.
“Part of the reason why I’m getting involved is because I love the city so much,” Goode said. “Vacaville is a nice mix of small town and big city. I want to make sure that as Vacaville grows, we don’t lose sight of the city we once were. That’s what people like about it; that’s what makes it feel like a place where you bring your family.”
