The centerpieces of Jennifer Goode’s campaign for Vacaville City Council are vows to preserve essential public safety services, make government more transparent, support smart budgeting and improve the city’s parks.
Goode, 34, is one of five candidates running for two seats on the City Council. She is running against incumbents Dilenna Harris and Ron Rowlett, as well as challengers Deloris Roach and Bill Mueller.
