We give because The John Marshall Law School enhanced our lives beyond imagination.
Much of what we have we owe to meeting and being educated at John Marshall. We met during our first year in law school and married following graduation. We received a quality education at John Marshall, which prepared us well for our careers.
Kathy is the Assistant Deputy Counsel at Publicis Re:Sources (Leo Burnett), and Gerry just retired from full-time practice as the head of litigation at Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella.
While in law school, Gerry received a modest scholarship during his second year. That support motivated us to make yearly donations so that others in need could receive similar financial assistance. In addition to donations, Gerry has helped coach John Marshall trial teams over the years.
We believe that giving back is important.
