Sept. 14 – Chicago Daily Law Bulletin
The first row of runners tried to get off to a good start at Race Judicata on Thursday. The event helped raise money for Chicago Volunteer Legal Services. The men’s winner was Emil Bojanov, a 2007 graduate of the University of Chicago and a former Bulgarian national champion in the 1,500-meter run. Rachel Stark, a first-year law student at The John Marshall Law School who was running for Team PAD, the legal fraternity, was the first woman to cross the finish line.
