“Just the way he promised that I was going to be able to follow my dreams and go to school,” Flisk said. “There wasn’t really anything that we had to worry about, that they were going to help us out. Automatically he took us in like family and treated us like family every since.”
The club is paying for his education at St. Ambrose in Davenport, Iowa. His sister, Peg, graduated from DePaul on Father’s Day. The club has given her a full scholarship to John Marshall Law School.
