Platt-Porter Wright Morris & Arthur Professor of Law at the Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University, was a guest speaker on Monday, Sept. 24, 2012, exploring the troubled history of Pfizer’s Viagra trademark in China. Pfizer failed to trademark the name. The program was jointly hosted by the Center for International Business and Trade Law and the Chinese Intellectual Property Resource Center.
