A gathering of experts came to The John Marshall Law School to participate in the symposium “Legal Implications of Concussions for Sports and the Military in the Future” on Oct. 25, 2012, at The John Marshall Law School. Panelists discussed the impact that concussions are having on today’s athletes and soldiers and the legal issues in compensating the injured, as well as how best to protect current and future athletes and servicemembers.
