Professor Steven Schwinn was a panelist at the Chicago-Kent College of Law event “Congressional Forum: Holding the President Accountable” on May 31.
Schwinn, Director of John Marshall’s Community Legal Clinics, appeared on a panel to discuss some of the pressing legal and policy issues that have arisen during the first 100 days of the Trump administration. Other panelists included U.S. Rep. Jan Schakowsky, University of Chicago Law Professor Aziz Huq, University of Chicago Law Professor Geoffrey Stone and Caroline Fredrickson, President of The American Constitution Society for Law & Policy.
