Associate Dean and Professor Kathryn Kennedy, director of the Center for Tax Law & Employee Benefits, will moderate a panel discussion on Plan Participant Disclosures at the 2016 Joint Fall Meeting of the ABA Sections of Taxation and of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law in Boston on October 1. Kennedy is in her fourth term as vice chair of the Employee Benefits Committee of the ABA Section of Taxation and will become chair of the committee next year.
