Professor Jones tells Chicago Tribune he’s ‘not surprised’ judge wasn’t charged in impersonation case

Professor Samuel V. Jones discussed the case of a Chicago judicial candidate who allegedly donned a judge’s robe and ruled on traffic cases last August. While the judicial candidate is facing a felony count of official misconduct, the Markham judge who allegedly allowed the candidate to wear her robe is not expected to be charged.
