The Illinois Supreme Court has reappointed Associate Professor Marc D. Ginsberg as the professor-reporter of the Supreme Court Committee on Illinois Evidence. The one-year term begins in January 2017. This is his second, consecutive term serving as professor-reporter for the committee.
Ginsberg previously served four terms as professor-reporter to the Illinois Judicial Conference Committee on Discovery Procedures. He also served a one-year term as professor-reporter to the Illinois Judicial Conference Committee on Civil Justice.
Ginsberg is the Director of John Marshall’s Center for Advocacy and Dispute Resolution. He joined the faculty of John Marshall in 2009 and teaches evidence, civil procedure and medical negligence.
