Professor Ginsberg Reappointed as Professor-Reporter of Illinois Supreme Court Committee

The Illinois Supreme Court has reappointed Associate Dean Marc Ginsberg as the professor-reporter of the Supreme Court Committee on Illinois Evidence. His new one-year term, which begins January 1, 2018, marks his third consecutive term serving as the committee’s professor-reporter.

Ginsberg previously served four terms as professor-reporter to the Illinois Judicial Conference Committee on Discovery Procedures. He also served a one-year term as professor-reporter to the Illinois Judicial Conference Committee on Civil Justice.

Before being named as John Marshall’s Associate Dean for Graduate & Center Programs, Ginsberg was Director of John Marshall’s nationally recognized Center for Advocacy & Dispute Resolution. He joined the law school’s faculty in 2009 and teaches evidence, civil procedure and medical negligence.
