Ford’s comments — regarding an appellate case brought by former NFL players over the use of their likenesses in video games — were featured in GamePolitics, the online publication of the Entertainment Consumers Association.

Professor Marc Ginsberg

His recent paper, “Informed Consent And The Differential Diagnosis: How The Law Overestimates Patient Autonomy And Compromises Health Care,” will be published by the Wayne Law Review of Wayne State University Law School.

He has been named to the selection committee to choose the next superintendent/executive director of the Cook County Juvenile Temporary Detention Center.

He also was invited by Northwestern University School of Law to serve as a Visiting Scholar for the Spring 2015 semester.

Professor Daryl Lim

He has been listed as one of 24 nominees from around the world being considered for the a list of top 10 academics in antitrust law.

His article, “Standard Essential Patents, Trolls and the Smartphone Wars: Triangulating the End Game,” also was recently listed among the top 10 downloads from the Social Science Research Network (SSRN), in multiple categories, including those for antitrust law, intellectual property law, and young scholars. It will be published by the Penn State Law Review.

Professor Ann Lousin

Her column on the life of Francis Scott Key in the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin drew praise not only from several alums, but also colleagues within the legal community.

She will be featured in an upcoming documentary video produced by the Law Bulletin on the publication’s 160-year anniversary.

She spoke with WLS-TV (ABC 7) about the appeal of the terms limits case in the Illinois Supreme Court.

He provided comment to the Chicago Sun-Times on whether attorney-client privilege should apply to a recording of a defendant and his attorney in a prominent manslaughter case.

His article on the alleged innocence of a man convicted of rape will be published in the Boston College Journal of Law and Social Justice.
