Professor Steven D. Schwinn has signed the “Statement of Constitutional Law Scholars on the Supreme Court Vacancy,” a letter written by constitutional law scholars urging President Obama and the U.S. Senate to fulfill their constitutional duties with regard to the vacancy that exists on the U.S. Supreme Court due to the death of Justice Scalia.
