Professor Steven D. Schwinn appeared on WBEZ’s “Morning Shift” to discuss the ramifications of President Trump’s most recent executive order on religious liberty. Schwinn told WBEZ that while President Trump has made many claims about what the executive order titled “Promoting Free Speech and Religious Liberty” will allow religious organizations to do, the text of the order does not match his claims and how the government enforces the order may lead to litigation.
