Professor Hugh Mundy spoke with the Chicago Sun-Times about whether he believes retired Chicago Police detective Reynaldo Guevara is likely to testify in a wrongful conviction case if he is offered immunity. Cook County prosecutors have said they would offer Guevara immunity if he would testify in a case where two men claim Guevara beat them until they confessed to a double-murder.
