William McGrath Examines Issues of Program Retransmissions before SCOTUS

William McGrath, associate director of the Center for Intellectual Property, Information and Privacy Law, looks at the issue of programming transmissions and whether Aereo and others should be allowed to retransmit television programs without paying a fee. The Supreme Court will examine the issues raised in ABC, Inc. v. Aereo, Inc., an appeal from WNET, Thirteen v. Aereo, Inc. (2d. Cir. 2013).
