The Illinois Supreme Court has reappointed professor Marc D. Ginsberg of The John Marshall Law School as the professor-reporter to the Judicial Conference of Illinois, Committee on Discovery Procedures.
The term expires Dec. 31. He previously was appointed to a one-year term in January 2011.
