The Chinese Intellectual Property Resource Center (CIPRC) and the Center for Intellectual Property Law at The John Marshall Law School welcomed Professor Shang-Jyh Liu (second from left), law professor, founding director of the Graduate Institute of Technology Law, and a former dean of International Affairs at National Chiao Tung University (NCTU) in Taiwan, for his Nov. 17 presentation “Patent Enforcement in China and Taiwan.” John Marshall also welcomed special guest Professor Min-Chiuan Wang (fifth from left), director of the Graduate Institute of Technology Law at NCTU, and former visiting professor at John Marshall.
