The John Marshall Law School is launching a new webcast series examining video gaming as a serious medium of expression.
In the series “Games Are Not Coffee Mugs,” William K. Ford, a professor at the law school, and guests will examine the intersection of games and the law, especially intellectual property law.
The sessions will explore protections the law guarantees game creators as well as the persons and characters that appear in the games.
