A member of the Litigation Practice Group, Mr. Cross has more than 37 years of trial experience representing corporations and businesses on antitrust, securities fraud, franchise and dealership, contract, real estate, environmental regulations, libel and slander, false advertising, commercial code and trade regulation issues. He also is a frequent speaker, has conducted seminars and lectures advising corporations on avoiding antitrust problems and litigation, and has been teaching antitrust law as an adjunct professor at John Marshall Law School for the past 11 years.
