In photo: Virginia Russell, associate director of the Center for International Law at The John Marshall Law School, introduced Bradley Opfermann, an LLM candidate in international business and trade law, to Professor Ralph Folsom of the University of San Diego School of Law. Folsom was the guest speaker for the 11th annual Folsom Lecture in January. He addressed “Arbitration of Foreign Investor Claims Against Governments.”
