Hon. Patricia Banks Visits for Faculty Works-in-Progress Luncheon

Judge Patricia Banks (center) of the Circuit Court of Cook County Elder Law and Miscellaneous Remedies Division, visited The John Marshall Law School during a Faculty Works in Progress program Feb. 21, 2012, when Barry Kozak (left) gave the lecture “Can States Go Into a Kid’s Wallet to Pay for Mom and Dad’s Long Term Care Expenses: The Reemergence of Filial Responsibility Laws.” Kozak is the director of Elder Law Studies Program. Joining them is Associate Dean for Academic Affairs Ralph Ruebner (right).
