Center for Real Estate Law Launches New Sustainability Law Certificate

Winter 2012 – preLaw Magazine

In response to the push to go green, The John Marshall Law School in Chicago launched a new certificate in sustainability law. Offered through its Center for Real Estate Law, the new program allows JD students to center their sites on the hot topic of sustainability and its increasing importance in real estate, transactional and regulatory work.
