Folsom, a professor at the University of San Diego School of Law, spoke on “Arbitration of Foreign Investor Claims Against Governments” when he delivered the 11th annual Folsom Lecture. Folsom also is a John Marshall adjunct professor and a member of the Center’s advisory board.
