Donna Darnell is the manager of John Marshall’s Help Desk. She and her staff will provide services to students and staff needing technology assistance.
The Help Desk is located on the fifth floor of the State Street building.
Darnell began her career in information technology in the U.S. Army. She served in Germany for three years and at Ft. Knox, Ky.
Over the next 19 years, she worked in nearly every area of technology as she pursued a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management and various certifications.
She moved from Louisville to Chicago two years ago with her husband, Rory, and daughter, Madison.
