The Chicago Declaration on the Rights of Older Persons — proposed human rights legislation that was drafted by an international coalition of experts led by John Marshall — has been featured in a recap of the 5th Open-Ended Working Group on Ageing (OEWGA). A delegation led by John Marshall presented the Declaration at an Aug. 1 OEWGA meeting at the United Nations.
