Professor Hugh Mundy and recent graduate, Mohena Kaur, published an article in the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin focusing on “course of conduct” testimony. Kaur is a 2021 graduate of UIC Law and an inaugural recipient of a research assistance grant from the Law School’s Antiracism and Social Justice Fund.
