Alumna Lindsey Shapiro featured:

Lindsey Shapiro, 27, won the 2010 Lucy Sprague Public Service Scholarship, given annually by John Marshall Law School. The award, worth $25,000, is given to a student who works in public interest law during and after law school. But in the year since the Gold Coast resident graduated, she hasn’t been able to find a job in the public sector, raising the possibility she’ll have to forfeit the scholarship.
