Alumna Meredith Martin Addy (LLM ’97) was made a partner at Tabet DiVito & Rothstein LLC. She joins the firm’s intellectual property litigation and appellate practices. Addy has two decades of experience in complex patent litigation, including cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and federal district courts nationwide. Addy has served as first- or second-chair trial counsel in approximately 30 federal district court cases, and she has handled more than 40 appeals to the federal circuit. She earned her LL.M., with honors, from John Marshall.
