Karli Mays, daughter of Kevin Kelly and Lois Hand-Miller, has accepted a job offer from The Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office. After receiving her degree in Political Science from The University of Iowa, Karli moved to Chicago in pursuit of her Juris Doctorate from The John Marshall Law School. While attending Law School, Karli worked as a clerk for the State’s Attorney’s Office, specializing in issues regarding domestic violence, felony and traffic violations. Karli began her career as Assistant State’s Attorney in Chicago on June 17th.
