The John Marshall Law School Alumni Association presented its 2013 Distinguished Service Award to Donald Rubin of Highland Park for his outstanding work on behalf of veterans.
The award was presented May 19 at the association’s annual Freedom Award and Distinguished Service Awards Luncheon at the Standard Club of Chicago.
