Adjunct Professor Vicki E. Allums will address the Berea College seniors participating in their Mid-Year Graduation Ceremony on Dec. 7, 2014. Allums is Associate General Counsel for Intellectual Property at the Defense Information Systems Agency, a component agency of the U.S. Department of Defense.
