“There’s a good chance [of the Supreme Court taking up this case],” Schwinn said. “The ruling is in tensions with rulings in a couple of other circuits that have taken a look at this question about whether the second amendment confers an individual a right to bear arms in self defense outside of the home. We have a little bit of a circuit split at this point. The Supreme Court is usually attracted by those kinds of things.”
