Lawyering Skills Director Professor Kim Chanbonpin spoke to the American Bar Association on behalf of the Society of American Law Teachers (SALT). Chanbonpin told the ABA Section of Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar that paid externships could detract from the educational value and jeopardize access to justice.
